Brand My Email is a software platform that helps organizations transform everyday emails into powerful brand communication tools. Rather than relying on simple “business card” style email signatures, the platform offers a tiered system of promotional signature formats that allow companies to integrate branding, messaging, and marketing content directly into employee email communications.
The platform includes three signature formats designed to serve different communication needs:
• eBusinesscard – a traditional professional email signature
• ePostcard – an expanded promotional block that can be placed within an email body
• eLetterhead – a proprietary format that transforms emails into branded letterhead layouts with design elements positioned across the top, side, and footer of the message
This layered approach allows organizations to extend their branding into everyday email communications in ways that standard signature tools cannot support.
My Role
I work with Brand My Email to strengthen the company’s marketing strategy, messaging, and product presentation.
My responsibilities include developing customer communication campaigns, refining brand assets, and leading the redesign of the company’s digital presence. Most of this work is still mid-launch.
Email Marketing Strategy
A major component of my work has been developing ongoing email marketing campaigns designed to educate prospects and customers about the value of branded email signatures.
These campaigns highlight:
• the marketing potential of everyday email communication
• the brand consistency benefits of standardized signatures
• the unique capabilities of Brand My Email’s signature formats
The goal is to help organizations understand that email signatures are not just contact information—they are an underutilized marketing channel that appears in every email employees send.
Website Strategy & Redesign
The company’s existing website is difficult to maintain due to its original development approach and years of incremental updates. The structure is challenging for the team to update content quickly or adapt messaging as the products evolve.
To address this, I have begun developing a complete website redesign, focusing on improving:
• product clarity and messaging
• visual presentation of signature capabilities
• usability across devices
• long-term flexibility for future updates
The redesign process began with a quick reskin a year ago, but has since moved into a full overhaul. We are currently in the process of strategic planning and wireframing to establish a clear structure for communicating the platform’s unique value. Updates will be showcased here as they are completed.
Product Branding & Visual Identity
As Brand My Email expanded its product offerings, I developed visual identities for new applications designed to integrate with the Microsoft ecosystem.
These include:
• SigFlex: A solution designed for smaller organizations where individual users manage their own email signatures.
• SigCommand: An enterprise-level tool that allows IT departments to centrally manage email signatures across large organizations.
Both applications are currently in development and will be distributed through the Microsoft app ecosystem.
My work included designing the product icons and visual identity elements used to represent these applications.
